How we work

  1. First, we audit how work moves today.

Every step, tool and hand-off, and where time and leads go missing.

  2. Then we plan the system with you.

What it does, what it connects to and what it replaces, agreed before any code.

  3. We build it in days.

Working software early, tested on your real requests and shaped by your team.

  4. We put it into your operation.

On your servers or ours, wired into your CRM, phones and inboxes, with your team trained.

  5. And we keep it running.

Monitoring, fixes and new workflows as your business changes.

Built to run inside public institutions

Government work asks more of a system. We design for it from the first audit.

Runs on your premises
The system can be deployed inside your own network and servers, with no data sent outside it.
Every step on the record
Each request, decision and hand-off is logged, so any outcome can be traced and audited.
People approve what goes out
Replies and decisions wait for an officer wherever your rules say they should.
Fits how you buy
We work within your security reviews, procurement process and timelines.

Questions

What does Vayform actually build?

AI agents, automated workflows and custom software that run parts of your business: answering and qualifying inquiries, following up, researching prospects, updating your CRM, routing requests and reporting. Each system is built for one business, not configured from a template.

How quickly can we have something running?

Most first systems are working on real data within days of the audit. Larger systems go live in stages, so you get value before the whole thing is finished.

Where does our data go?

Wherever you decide. We can deploy the whole system on your own servers or private cloud, so nothing leaves your network. If you prefer, we host and run it for you.

We don’t have any systems today. Is that a problem?

No. Most teams we meet run on inboxes, spreadsheets and memory. The audit maps how work actually moves, and we build from there.

Do you work with government and public institutions?

Yes. Systems can run fully on your premises, every step can be logged for audit, and we work within your procurement and security requirements.

Will it replace our team?

No. It takes the repetitive work off them: the copying, chasing and checking. People stay in charge of decisions, and anything uncertain is handed to a person.

What happens after launch?

We keep it running. We monitor it, fix what breaks and add new workflows as your team and business change.

What does it cost?

It depends on what the system needs to do. After the audit you get a written plan and a price before any build starts.
